DELIVERY COSTS

If you would like anything shipped elsewhere please email us at hello@wearewoven.co.uk and we will work out the cost for you. 

We cannot accept any liability for delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

DELIVERY TIMES 

We are a small business and aim to have orders dispatched within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS 

We hope you love your Woven purchase but if for any reason you are not happy with it, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order, via email hello@wearewoven.co.uk outlining the reason for your return.

The order must be returned to us within 14 working days of receiving it. You can return it to our Banbridge store either in person, by post or by courier.

Items must be returned with the correct tags and labels intact and in an un-used and un-damaged condition together with the original dispatch note enclosed. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Woven reserves the right to refuse an item if we feel it has been used.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 

Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will have the postage costs deducted.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you use a courier service or Royal Mail’s registered post, keeping a note of the reference number.

In the unlikely event that you receive broken or damaged goods, we require you to photograph the damage and send us an email straight away, within 2 days of receipt of goods, to hello@wearewoven.co.uk.  We hope this is never the case but we will do everything we can to rectify the issue with a full refund or exchange.

TRADE DESCRIPTION

Most of our products are handmade and bespoke, so there may be slight variations from the photos online. We have made every effort to ensure photography, description and details are correct and accurate, however there are times when slight differences may occur. Please note all measurements are approximate.
